PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Dutton & Garfield, Inc. worked with Harvey Construction on this high profile project for Plymouth State University.

Riess Construction of Plymouth, NH provided the erection services.

This unique complex built over its own parking facilities includes PSU’s Department of Health and Human Performance Outreach, Research, and academic programs as well as athletic and recreational programs.  Indoor track and tennis courts, locker rooms and facilities for spectators provide recreational facilities that are used by the student population and the outside community.

A biomass heating system adds another uniqueness to the building.
