Leadership Transition at Dutton & Garfield, Inc.

At Dutton & Garfield, Inc., we are excited to announce an important leadership transition. After decades of dedication, vision, and service, Steven R. Webster, our esteemed President, is stepping down from his role, passing the torch to Keith A. Wentworth. Keith, who has served as Corporate Treasurer and Vice President, is now taking the reins as President of Dutton & Garfield, Inc.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Steve for his exceptional leadership. With over 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial design/build construction, Steve has been instrumental in shaping the success and reputation of Dutton & Garfield. A second-generation Butler Builder, Steve has carried forward his family’s legacy with pride and distinction. His commitment to the industry is further reflected through his service as a past President of the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association (MBCEA) and his appointments to the Butler Advisory Council. Under his guidance, Dutton & Garfield has earned a well-respected position in the industry, delivering high-quality, innovative construction solutions.

As we say farewell to Steve’s leadership in this role, we are excited to welcome Keith A. Wentworth as our new President. Keith has been a valued member of Dutton & Garfield for many years, holding both technical and leadership roles that have been pivotal to our continued success. A third-generation Butler Builder, Keith brings with him over 20 years of expertise in metal building design and construction. His background as a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor and his experience with Butler Master Order Writing and AutoCAD programming position him perfectly to lead us into the future. Keith’s strong leadership on the national and local levels—having served as the Past President of both the New England Chapter and the National Board of the MBCEA—reflects his commitment to driving excellence in the industry.

Keith’s hands-on experience and forward-thinking approach make him the ideal person to guide Dutton & Garfield into our next chapter. As we look ahead, we’re confident that Keith’s vision and passion for innovation will further elevate the company’s service offerings and strengthen relationships with our valued clients and partners.
